We can help you with legal proceedings
If you have to lodge an official document with an institution that does not understand the language in which the original text is written, a sworn translation is required.
The signature of the sworn translator certifies that the translation is a faithful reproduction of the original written in another language and that it has the same legal validity as the original document.
Sworn translations have legal status and can only be done by translators recognised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or, in the case of Catalan, by the Government of Catalonia.
Unlike other translations, sworn translations are presented as hard copy, i.e. they have to be presented in person or by post.
